The Marriage Course DVD

This series of seven sessions was filmed in a studio and includes interviews with couples talking about their experiences of marriage and street interviews from around the world. There are also two additional sessions: The Marriage Course Party and an Extra Session entitled Coping with Times of Separation for couples in the armed forces and others who spend long periods of time apart. The DVD includes a copy of The Leaders’ Guide.

Leaders Guide

Provides leaders a quick reference for running the course including session timings and a checklist of recommended materials and supplies for each session. This resource is included within the course DVD.

The Marriage Course Leaders Toolkit

This is essential material containing a DVD and CD-rom. The DVD includes a 52 minute training video covering essential areas such as:

• Leading the course
• Creating the right atmosphere
• Practicalities for setting up a course
• Publicity

The DVD includes promotional films for guests and leaders as well. On the CD-rom there are the speakers notes & timetables for each session, graphics and much more.

Guest Manuals

Each course guest will need a manual. This contains notes from the course, the exercises, and homework for discussion. Please note that the Guest Manuals from the first edition (blue cover) of the course are not compatible with the new edition of the course and vice versa.

Invitations

These are DL size card invitations. They are designed to be able to go through a printer so that you can print your course invitation on the back. When using the cards as course invitations it is good to distribute them with the Guest Introduction, see below.

Guest Introduction

A promotional resource for potential guests of The Marriage Course. This resource describes The Marriage Course, who the course is for, and what guests can expect on a typical course. It is a good complement to the Guest Invitations, which can be inserted into the Guest Introduction for distribution.

Advertising Posters

Available as A3 and can be overprinted with your course details. For those who have registered their course with us and are therefor members of the Facillitators Forum there is a print quality pdf available from the download area of the forum.
